Supporting the Neurodiverse Community

We specialize in supporting neurodiverse individuals aged 15-35 in building social skills, emotional resilience, and independent living skills. Through the use of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we empower young people to create personalized self-care routines and thrive independently.

Our approach is designed for individuals with autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergent conditions, helping them achieve greater independence, confidence, and overall well-being. You do not have to bring your diagnosis to the session as we do work with people not labels. :)

Social Skills Classes:

Building Connections for Real-World Success

Our social skills classes meet once a week for 10 weeks during the Spring, Summer, and Fall. In addition to enhancing social interactions, these classes also focus on emotional regulation, recognizing emotions, appropriate responses, and anger management. For specific dates, please visit our website.

Parent Training:

Empowering Caregivers for Lasting Success

At Peak Era ABA, we believe that creating a supportive environment starts at home. Our Parent Training service is designed to empower caregivers with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to support their neurodiverse loved ones effectively. By integrating evidence-based principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we collaborate with parents to build skills that promote independence, emotional regulation, and social success.

This service is tailored to meet the unique needs of each family, providing practical guidance on reinforcing positive behaviors, creating structured routines, and navigating challenges with confidence. Together, we’ll work to create a thriving environment where neurodiverse individuals and their families feel supported every step of the way.
