PEAK ERA ABA
Helping Kids & Teens with Autism Thrive in Utah!
Empowering children and teens with autism to build independence, develop social skills, and thrive in everyday life.
Fostering Growth, Building Resilience in your Home!
At Peak Era ABA, we empower individuals with autism to lead fulfilling lives through personalized, home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Our approach emphasizes building meaningful behaviors, establishing consistent routines, and enhancing social skills within the comfort of your home.
By focusing on individualized ABA services, we support the development of social, emotional, and daily living skills essential for independence and confidence. Techniques such as Behavioral Skills Training (BST), which involves explanation, modeling, guided practice, and feedback, are integral to our method. This structured approach allows us to break down social behaviors into manageable steps, ensuring effective learning of diverse social interactions.
Home-based ABA therapy offers the advantage of learning in a familiar environment, allowing individuals to practice and generalize skills in real-life settings. This setting is particularly beneficial for addressing daily routines and challenges, such as dressing, toileting, mealtime, and bedtime routines.
We believe that every individual is unique and capable of thriving. Through our supportive and tailored ABA therapy, we help you discover strategies that promote growth and confidence, enabling you to navigate social environments and daily life successfully.

Our Specialties
Traditional ABA therapy for kids with Autism and ADHD often takes place in a clinic or home setting, with sessions tailored to their individual needs. We begin by conducting a functional-based assessment to create a personalized therapy plan aligned with their developmental goals. In addition to ABA, we integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help children build emotional regulation skills, increase psychological flexibility, and navigate their thoughts in a healthy way.
Sessions focus on skill development in areas like communication, social interactions, executive functioning, and behavior management. We set clear timelines, use goal-tracking strategies, and provide structured weekly sessions to ensure consistent progress. Therapy typically lasts 12 weeks, with one session per week, followed by a review to assess growth and determine if a transition to a maintenance plan is needed. Every child’s journey is unique, and we tailor the process to fit their specific strengths and challenges!
